Three things move the price: custom design versus a template, how many pages and features you need, and whether copy, photos and SEO are included. A $1,500 template site and a $6,000 custom site look similar in a screenshot and perform very differently in Google.
Do you charge monthly or one-time?
Websites are a one-time project fee, paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Hosting, maintenance, SEO and Google Ads are monthly and you can cancel any time.
Is there a cheaper option?
